For all returns, an inquiry must be made in this form (link of form) within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers must specify what product is being returned as well as quantity.

Returns must be authorized by Mormax before shipping any returns back. Failure to get authorization may result in return not being processed.

Restocking fees vary based on product manufacturer.

Return shipping cost is paid by Mormax for defective products only.

Products must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and undamaged. If the product arrives in any other condition, no credit will be issued.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
